My Slow Carb Results Story

I’m going to get a bit more personal than usual, and talk a little bit about the recent and enormous emotional impact the slow carb diet has had on my life.

For the first time in a very long time, I’m not apprehensive or fearful of having my shirt off. This is the case whether I am out swimming by the pool, sitting on the beach, hanging around outside, doing yard work, or relaxing with the family.

Not only has it given me the confidence to take my shirt off, but I feel really good about it as well! At 33 years old I recognized that I had spent a majority of my life not necessarily overweight, but also never exactly confident or comfortable in my own skin until I discovered the slow carb diet.

As an extremely overweight elementary student at age 12, I took some initiative to lose 35 pounds in just a few months with a lot of hard work and determination. This significantly changed my body, as well as my self esteem around all of my classmates.

The Slow Carb Diet Restores my Confidence

Since then, even though I continued to maintain fairly decent eating and exercising habits, it took over 20 years for me to find this diet, really take it to heart, implement its steps, and finally become comfortable in my own skin. Confidence and being comfortable are very important to me (as with all human beings), and now thanks to the slow carb diet plan, I can take my shirt off and feel that confidence and comfort I’ve been looking for!

So I believe I’m sharing this personal story to help motivate you, and hopefully inspire you in some way or another to feel the same way! Perhaps you were overweight most of your life, or it just began once your metabolism slowed down. Yet, whatever your story is, I’m hoping this will give you that little push you’ve always needed! This diet WILL change your life, possibly in ways similar to the my own story, and you’ll never feel the same again!
